Engineers who have built cavitation machines for two decades.
EIREX grew out of 23+ years of hands-on work: four prototypes, granted US patents, and one surprising result that led to hydrogen.

Our story
Four prototypes. One discovery.
Each prototype applied cavitation to a different hard problem. The fourth showed hydrogen coming from the water, and that became the focus of EIREX.
01
Mining
Tailings recovery
A lab-scale unit recovered mineral particles down to 10 microns from gold tailings.
02
Oil sands
Bitumen separation
Separated Alberta oil sands into their main constituents. Diesel-range products forming during extraction pointed to "cold cracking".
03
Heavy oil
Viscosity reduction
Lowered the viscosity of bitumen and black wax so they can move by pipeline with less diluent. Patented in the US in 2017.
04
Plastics
Plastic to hydrocarbons
An "impulse generator" broke plastic particles in water into oil-like liquids. These runs revealed hydrogen coming from the water itself.
05
Now
Hydrogen + peroxide pilot
Co-producing hydrogen and hydrogen peroxide from water. Pilot in development, with a hydrogen patent filing in progress.
Prototype Four, plastics to hydrocarbons. The latest test rig, where the hydrogen from water was first observed. An extraction sample from the plastic runs.
Early mining prototype in the workshop.A later cavitation rig.Reactor cross-section from the design work.
Patents
